Sync is a presentation synchronization platform that allows users to synchronize presentations across multiple devices, enable audience participation, and analyze engagement metrics.

3. Account Requirements

To use Sync, you must:

• Business Plan: Enterprise solutions with multiple users and custom branding

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

8. Refund Policy

We may provide refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team for refund requests. Annual subscribers may be eligible for prorated refunds within the first 30 days.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sync and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas.
